How do I make a return?Updated a month ago
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return by Mail
You can easily initiate your return through your account page or our return portal. Returns that are not registered in advance cannot be processed or accepted. A processing fee of €2.95 applies to all returns. Return labels are free for the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy. For returns from other countries, you are responsible for the return label. We provide a UPS return label, which must be printed. Please note: you are responsible for the risk of loss during return shipping.
Return in Store
You can also drop off your return at one of our stores. Be sure to bring your order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase. The original tags must be attached to the items.
Refunds
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions. If everything is in order, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
Non-returnable items
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygienic reasons, clearance sales, or other specific conditions. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
